Adults

We offer several opportunities for men and women to grow in Christ and minister to others at CBC. 

In addition to the following regularly scheduled activities, several special events are offered every year, including Bible, Women's, and Missions Conferences.  View upcoming events at cornerstonebible.nextmeta.com/litesite.cfm


  • Tyndale Learning Center Courses: Classes are offered during the Spring and Fall Semester for credit towards a degree or for personal enrichment.  All adults are invited to attend.  Please go to cornerstonebible.nextmeta.com/litesite.cfm for information on upcoming classes.

  • Adult Sunday School:  Cornerstone offers a series of informative courses throughout the year. Please go to cornerstonebible.nextmeta.com/litesite.cfm  and click on "Current Studies" to see the current class topic.
  • Adult Choir: Adults and Youth are invited to participate.  The Choir meets on Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. during the school year to practice.  In addition to singing during many Sunday morning worship services, the Choir presents Christmas and Easter Cantatas each year. Soloists and ensembles also perform during worship services throughout the year. 


  • Men's Bible Studies:  Mondays at noon at 4515 Avenue A (contact Jim Henson at 787-7914) and Thursdays at  noon at CBC, Room 300 (contact Dan Hanna at 687-2408)

  • Men's Wednesday Lunch:  Each Wednesday at 11:45 all men are invited to lunch together.  Venue changes weekly.  See the church calendar at cornerstonebible.nextmeta.com/litesite.cfm for each week's location.
  • Ladies Bible Study: Meets at CBC in room 300 each Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. during the school year.  Childcare is provided.

  • Ladies Scrapbooking and Crafts:  Bring your scrapbooking or craft project to the Activity Center on the second Friday of each month from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. and visit while you work!  No childcare provided.

  • Lunching Ladies: Women of the church meet at a different venue on the first Tuesday of each month at 11:30 to lunch together.  Location changes weekly.  See the church calendar at cornerstonebible.nextmeta.com/litesite.cfm for each week's location.
